Event Procedures
Before Driver Arrives:
Please make sure that your yard is ready for setup. You should have a CLEAR and OPEN path for the driver
to get to the area where the equipment is to be setup. Dogs must be in a secured area, away from the area the equipment is being setup.
All dog feces needs to be picked up, so the area is clean for the driver. Please bear in mind that before making a reservation, it
is the customers responsibility to verify that you have the REQUIRED set up area dimensions available for the jumper you have choosen. It
is also the customers responsibility to have the sprinkler and sprinkler lines clearly marked. We cannot be held responsible
for damage to unmarked sprinkler/sprinkler lines during set up/take down of Inflatables and Canopies.
Delivery Policy:
Someone
over the age of 18 with a valid California issued ID/Drivers License must be home to sign for the equipment. If your order was paid
by credit card, the card holder must be present with the card the order was placed with and a valid photo ID at the time of delivery.
The driver can deliver your equipment up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of the delivery window you have selected when you placed
your order. If no one at least 18 years of age is home, the driver cannot sit and wait. They will leave a card on the door and there
will be a fee of $25.00 minimum to redeliver your equipment, if the driver is available to do so. The driver will call you when leaving
the previous delivery to let you know they are headed to your location.
Park Policy:
It is the customers responsibility
to get the PERMIT with the city or park. Reservations must be placed in the name of the same person who's name is on the permit, paper
work must match with the city or park. Customer must provide us with your PERMIT number that was issued from the city or park, or
we will not be able to deliver your equipment. We will need an hour window for setup and an hour window for pickup for our driver,
so you don't have to sit and wait at the park all day, and neither does our driver. It is important that your cell phone is turned
on, and near you so you can answer it if the driver needs to reach you for any reason. If you don't answer the cell phone and he can't
find you, he will leave the park and go to his next delivery. All park deliveries are required to be paid at the time the of
reservation by Credit Card. Please be advised the card holder must be present with the card the order was placed with and a valid
photo ID at the time of delivery. If card holder is not present, the driver cannot sit and wait. There will be a fee of $25.00 minimum
to redeliver your equipment, if the driver is available to do so.
Confirmation Policy:
Confirmation calls are made between
Monday and Wednesday prior to the event Date. We will confirm the date, address, equipment, time, total, how payment will be made,
that there is no change in your event and that you have no other questions or concerns. We give you until Thursday prior to your event
to return our call(s) to confirm your order, if at that time you still haven't called us back we will assume you want to cancel and
we will release the equipment so we can try to get it out for that date. You may also opt to have an email confirmation instead.
Cancellation
Policy:
If you need to cancel your order we require at least seven days notice prior to the event date, in order to have your
deposit refunded to you. If you have paid for your order in full by credit card and are cancelling your order at least seven days
prior to the event date, your charges will be refunded in full back to your card. If you do not give seven days notice your deposit
will be forfeited, unless cancellation is due to the rain. For those who choose to pay for their order in cash, if you cancel your
order after the driver has arrived; either before, during or after he sets it up, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation/delivery
fee.
Credit Card Policy:
All orders reserved with a credit card require a 25% deposit at the time the reservation
is placed. The remaining balance MUST be paid in full prior to the event date. Charges that are put on a credit card are ran on the
day the information is given to the office staff, unless customer requests otherwise. All charges must be put through prior to the
event date. Please be advised the card holder must be present with the card the order was placed with and a valid photo ID at the
time of delivery.
Rain Policy:
If its raining or rain is in the forecast and it looks like its going to rain on the
day of the event, you will be contacted that morning by our driver to see if you are still going through with your party and still
want your equipment to be delivered. You can cancel when you're contacted that day, with any and all payments refunded in full. If
you keep your equipment and the driver arrives to deliver and you change your mind before set up and want to cancel, there will be
a $25.00 cancellation/delivery fee. There will be no refunds issued once our driver begins/is in the process of/completes set up regardless
of weather conditions or unexpected occurrences. If it starts to rain during set up or after equipment is delivered there is no refund
or credit for a later event. It is your responsibility to unplug the blower from the electrical outlet and place it in a dry location.
If the weather clears up reconnect the blower so the water can run out and wipe the inflatable with a towel until dry. Now the kids
can get back in.
Water Policy:
Water is ONLY to be placed on Waterslides, if water is put on any other unit there
will be a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00.

Rentals you agree and are binded to all event procedures listed above.
